Roland Suniula (born 17 December 1986) is an American international rugby union player who plays professionally for Chicago Griffins as a halfback on their rugby 7's team. He is the younger brother of former Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles Winger Andrew Suniula, who has also represented USA in rugby union.
Suniula played for North Harbour between 2005-2008. He graduated in 2004 from Kelston Boys' High School which has produced several All Blacks players. He debuted for the US sevens team in October 2008 in their NAWIRA RWC 7s Qualifier event and has appeared in only 3 IRB tournaments.
He and his younger brother Shalom are currently part of the US sevens team.[1]
